Shipping policy

We charge the pure postage fees of the Portuguese Post CTT: https://www.ctt.pt/particulares/enviar/

Only for the shipping method "Encomenda Postal" we work with an average value of the "T2" group, as we are unable to map the postage cost model in our shop.

We also can't store all prices for all countries for all weights in the shop system. In the rare case of an error message when checking out, please email us.
